Melissa Perez suddenly passed away Sunday, March 18, 2012, of a cause of which has yet to be determined. Her funeral was held at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church on Friday, March 23. As you can imagine this has been a tragic devastation to the entire family, Father Steve, Mother Jessica, and Melissa's siblings; Andrew, Giovanni 'G', and Kayla Perez. There are many more difficult days ahead for the Perez family and we would like to do everything we can to ensure they have our support.
We think with our help, this will allow them to grieve as we help with the process and planning in the days to come. We are reaching out to you to help a family in need by showing your love and support as they journey down God's path helping each other cope with the reality of their loss. Words can't begin to express the overwhelming sorrow felt by Melissa's passing, but we must continue to encourage the celebration of Melissa's life and the joys her 14 short years brought to ours.
